What can a company record contain?
Available information can include names, identifiers, locations, classifications, contacts, industrial capabilities, registrations, awards, workforce filings, regulatory activity, patents, and public filings. Industrial and geographic reference information adds context around those business observations. Access depends on the workspace or agreed project.

EcosAtlas brings together public and official records, company-published information, and business contributions. Sources include contracting and grant systems, registrations, labor and safety records, environmental records, patents, and official statistics. Important details can retain their source and observation date for review.

Sources are revisited on schedules aligned with their publishing cadence. A registration update and a quarterly statistical release follow different schedules. Use the observation date to understand when information was seen; it can differ from the date of the event described. Dated history helps place changes in context.

No. Some records establish identity and location; others contain richer capability and activity information. The current foundation’s 25M+ figure describes resolved businesses. Its 500M+ record total combines business source records with industrial, geographic, and statistical reference records; those reference records are not all facts about individual companies.

What does an opportunity match tell me?
A match highlights a notice to review using available industry, capability, service, and other business-profile context. It does not determine eligibility or predict an award. Open the official notice to confirm the work, dates, set-asides, applicant requirements, and updates.

Yes. We can scope a U.S. business dataset, company or regional study, or recurring delivery around available information and permitted use. A useful first note describes the question, business population, geography, desired fields or output, and timing. We agree on the work before it begins.
Discuss your projectCan a business contribute or correct information?
Businesses with access can author a profile with publishing controls. Organization workspaces can also invite contributions through signed links. To ask about a sourced record, identify the business and the detail that needs review. Authored information remains distinct from sourced evidence, and a correction request does not change an external source automatically.
